Howdy!

I have no idea what to do.. do you write about your day or something? anyhoo.. I'm just going to write a pile of crap, well.. I had college this morning went to that which was pretty pointless because we just scived and lay beside the vending machines and sneaked off to the computer room until it was time for our gaelic match..which might I add I have two bruised toes!! Forgot my football boots.. so I had to wear one of the subs. size 4 in them instead of a 5.. ouchy! We won.. wohoo! Scored 2 goals and a point ..came home.. got a shower, dressed, makeup etcccc... now I'm on here! And waiting for my mates who are like..20mins late to go to another mates house.. then...

April has been a long month!! I've had alot on has been a mixed month I will be glad to see the back of it... lol

On a good note, new Hope gigs announced and once again the temptation got the better of me so I am going, Man U got a good result last night in the football and should now make it to the final, looks like a Premiership/Champions League double

Roll on May, got a uni exam on the 13th then I am done until September, woohoo

Well I am alive... but it's amazing how things can catch up on you if you let them. Life has been just so busy for me recently - work has been a real pain, with me often being away on business trips; home life has been busy too with my son starting his GCSEs, the eldest daughter finishing her degree course and my youngest daughter braking her ankle. The bad news is that it doesn't appear to be getting any clearer for me, with work especially keeping me away from home, and more importantly my laptop ( ) for at least the month of June.

That said, I've been able to spend a bit of time catching up on things today hence having the chance to post a quick blog entry.

Anyway, I hope you are all OK and I look forward to reading your blogs very soon.

Being social is difficult for some of us. I would include myself in that group, as somone who has a hard time being social with anyone and everyone. Some people drink and do drugs to become more social, and some people just run away from it and keep to themselves. And others slowly try to work on their social problems.

I'd place my older self in the second category somewhat. I was social, but often only when I was behind my computer. Recently I have been trying to work on my social problems, and my first big step is to open myself up and open up (as I am doing now). But as with all life experiences, things can go wrong. Things don't always turn out like you'd hope. People make mistakes. I make mistakes.

I guess what I am trying to say is, if you open yourself up, you will get hurt at some time. However do not let the fear of it hold you back as I once did. Take your time with things and they will usually turn out good. The joy you get out of being social and going out...

Afternoon all - my first blog! Loving the idea of us having them like, something else for us to do on this fantastic forum eh?
I'm just at work at the minute so thought I would post up my first blog and have abit of a blab on coz I have nothing better to do! haha

So, my day has been ok so far, just been checking around the forum and doing anything else so I don't have to work. Trying to decide where to go for lunch, too many places to choose from in town like.

Havn't got much planned for the rest of the day, will have to get some work done though. I've recently took ont he role of Communication Champion at work so I'm now a voice for the people and have to have meetings with the big bosses. Gunna be sorting things out about that laterz like - just something different within the company to help me progress and give me more experience in other things.
